The Book Collector, the foremost literary journal of its kind, was launched in 1952 by Ian Fleming. This publication includes an essay by his nephew, the late James Fleming, recent custodian of The Book Collector, in which Jon Gilbert's bibliography of Fleming is discussed "it is a fitting tribute to all concerned that in 2014 the ILAB prize should have been awarded to the monumental (692pp.) bibliography on the writings of Ian Fleming himself".
