Publisher's dark green cloth trimmed in pale green, edges untrimmed. Ink name to endpaper. Contents toned, edges rather browned, some (vintage) insect holes to first and final gatherings, somewhat heavier to gutters with worn trails etc., cloth similarly affected (stable/neutralised). Presented in a quality facsimile wrapper supplied by the previous owner. An inexpensive copy of a rare book. The author's scarce second novel, being the first adventure for her popular series characters Tommy and Tuppence Beresford. Item #75642
