[Movie memorabilia] Vintage original production-used script for the film adaptation based on the best-selling novel by Agatha Christie, starring Angela Lansbury as Miss Marple, and an all-star cast including Elizabeth Taylor, Tony Curtis, Kim Novak, Rock Hudson, Charles Gray, Edward Fox and Pierce Brosnan. Octavo (28 x 22cm), pp.152, mimeograph, bound in textured dark green wrappers with die-cut title window in the British style, fastened internally with two metal clasps. Internally clean. Some expected wear from use, small puncture to final few leaves (possibly from the split pin fastener). First draft screenplay, stated on title page. A lavish period-piece detective mystery from John Brabourne and Richard Goodwin, the producers behind Murder On The Orient Express (1974) and Death on the Nile (1978). The film was directed by Guy Hamilton, director of four James Bond film entries, who went on to make Evil Under the Sun (1982). Item #74486
