One of ten copies, the edition hand-numbered to the right margin, additionally signed and numbered by lithographer Ashley Lilley in artist's pencil to rear. Image size 30 x 22 inches, ready for framing. Fine / as new. The photograph upon which this lithograph is based was an RCA Records promotional shot for 'Starman' circa 1972, later included as an ephemeral item in the bootleg album set 'Ladies & Gentlemen: David Bowie Live at Santa Monica'. This 'portrait' version is a close-up image of Bowie's face; a larger work was simultaneously issued, based on the full photo. Item #74443
