Illustrated endpapers, and top edge gilt. Bookseller's label of Henry Walker, Leeds, to front pastedown. A touch of browning and spotting to first and final few leaves, and some looseness to a central gathering, otherwise internally clean. Moderate general wear to cloth, with a light tobacco scent. Very good. A book of verse, 'possibly' narrated by Christopher Robin, and including the first reference to Edward Bear, or 'Winnie the Pooh', who managed to usurp the second title in the four-book series, 'Winnie the Pooh'.
