One of ten copies, each signed by lithographer Ashley Lilley in artist's pencil to the lower left margin, edition hand-numbered to the right margin. Image size 30 x 22 inches, ready for framing. Fine / as new. A striking interpretive lithograph based on Kate Simon's 1973 portrait of David Bowie (originally showing pianist Mike Garson) at Olympic Studios, during the recording sessions for 'Aladdin Sane'. This is a relatively early image of Bowie sporting a wide-brimmed/Fedora-style hat, which become a trademark accessory (particularly prominent in the Diamond Dogs, Thin White Duke and Serious Mopnlight preriods).
