Publisher's 'Now & Then' subscription card tucked in (as issued), together with vintage purchase receipt (1970). Contents clean and fresh, no inscriptions. An unquestionably fine copy in like, crisp dust-wrapper. A remarkable survival, housed in an elegant custom-made leather-spined clamshell case.
