Publisher's blind-stamped dark green cloth lettered in gilt to spine, fore-edge untrimmed. Internally clean, no bookplates or inscriptions. Text block a little age-toned, Montreal bookseller ticket to pastedown, covers gently used. Rather fresh. The Canadian first edition comprised American sheets with a substituted first section including Toronto imprint on title page and the incorrect date on the copyright page.
