Typographic soft-covers with inset photograph of Churchill delivering the address, rear cover blank. Contents and covers clean, lightly handled, staples rusted. Near fine. A rousing speech by Churchill as Leader of the Opposition, attacking Attlee's socialist government and the austerity measures endured since victory over Germany. This is the first and only printing. Scarce. Not to be confused with a similarly titled Tory manifesto which appeared the same month with a foreword by Churchill. Item #69296
