In publisher's pink cloth with gilt titles to spine and upper board, lower edges untrimmed, printed dust-wrapper priced at 6s. Contents clean, deckle edge a little spotted, no inscriptions, jacket is clrisp and fine but for gentle sunning to the spine. A striking copy in the first issue binding (later in cherry red, blocked in white). An interesting collection of essays and bits and pieces collected and edited by Milne, featuring such worthies as Fougasse and Saki, and an article of Sherlockian interest, 'Dr Watson Speaks Out'.
