Letter attached to front endpaper from Gorell to George H. Viner dated 3rd March 1936. Inscription from Gorell to Viner on front endpaper in black ink. Newspaper cuttings attached to leaves at the rear. Internally clean, minor spotting and toning to textblock edges. Bump to lower left front board. Some marking to front board. Toning and spotting to dust-jacket, more so on spine, with minor wear to jacket top edges. Near fine. Inscription reads 'George H. Viner, lover of Sussex & calligraphist, with every good wish, from Gorell. March 1936'. Letter on labelled paper from publisher's office (John Murray). Item #62481
