Jacket sunned to spine and extremities, with a few small chips and closed tears. Very good. A gothic mystery by the author of 'The Haunting of Hill House' (1959), first published in the US in 1962. In a premise typical of Jackson, the story takes place in a large, isolated house and follows two sisters in the aftermath of a family tragedy.
