Contents clean, discreet ink name to endpaper, frayed at spine ends, extremities rubbed. Very good. Begun in 1859, Tennyson's classic exploration of the legend of King Arthur 'The Idylls of the King' originally consisted of four poems titled 'Enid', Vivien', 'Elaine' and 'Guinevere', building to a total of 12 poems by 1885.
