With frequent in-text illustrations. Publisher's pale blue paper covers titled and illustrated in dark blue and red, stapled twice, and priced at 1s. Presented in a navy fleece-lined quarter morocco clamshell box, with raised bands, gilt titles to spine, and blue cloth over sides. Internally clean, with browning to advertising leaves only. Covers lightly handled, but with heavy rubbing and some chipping to spines, including some careful repairs. Pencil ownerships to front covers of the first two issues. Very good. All six parts of Stacpoole's high-seas adventure, as well as numerous short pieces by authors including Doyle, Chaplin, Lawrence, Pain and Wallace. Item #59014
