INSCRIBED by the photographer Lewis Morley in black ink to half-title: 'For Edward | Thanks to Frost who didn't realise what a hit he would become Lewis.' Publisher's black cloth with gilt titles to spine. Red endpapers. With the black and white dust-jacket priced at 25s. Small black ink ownership to front pastedown. A light vertical mark to fly-leaf corresponding with a red mark to edge of jacket flap. A couple of brown marks to edges. Boards lightly bumped and rubbed. Jacket with some chips to edges and corners, a larger loss to head of spine, and a pair of closed tears with a large chip from the lower edge of the front cover. Very good.
