With the dust-jacket designed by Kenneth Farnhill, priced at 18s. One small ink mark to front pastedown under flap. Moderate spotting to edges and endpapers, otherwise internally clean. Some light wear and a few marks to jacket edges, with a larger tear to the head of the spine; clean and bright overall. Very good. When a young girl vaguely confesses to a possible murder she's not sure she committed, the Belgian detective Hercule Poirot is thrown for a loop.
