Hardcover issue of an elusive text first published in 1973 and out-of-print ever since. The foreword is by actor David Hedison (1927-2019), who played Bond's CIA ally Felix Leiter opposite both Roger Moore and Timothy Dalton. Bibliographer Jon Gilbert's copy.
