Slim octavo, pp.234; [2], blank; [4], advertisements. Pictorial card wrappers with wrap-around movie artwork; this is the correct (fourteenth) printing used for this promotion which includes a printed notepaper 'handwritten' by Domino to James Bond (although addressed 'Darling'), mentioning Player's cigarettes and asking Bond to read pages 152–5 of the accompanying book (which is the section discussing the Player's brand). One leaf, measuring 227 × 149 mm, folded twice (to be tucked inside the paperback), with the curved watermark 'Imperial Air Mail', denoting an original example (beware modern facsimiles). Bibliographer Jon Gilbert's copy. His encyclopaedic guide to the works of Ian Fleming (2012) won the 16th Breslauer Prize for bibliography. Item #66377
