Mrs. Dalloway.

London: The Hogarth Press, 1933. [Modern Literature] UNIFORM EDITION, SECOND IMPRESSION, fourth overall edition. Octavo (19 x 13cm), pp.293; [1]. Publisher's green cloth lettered in gilt to spine, typographic dust-jacket with printed price of 5/- to spine. Ex-Libris and small bookseller's sticker front paste-down, previous owner's gift note in black ink to flyleaf, scuffing to cloth, spotting and sunning to spine, some chipping to jacket spine, toning to jacket spine. Very good. 'Mrs Dalloway' was first published in 1925, and the Uniform/New Edition was first published in 1929. This is the second impression of this New Edition and it was published in 1933 (making it the fourth overall edition). Often regarded as one of Woolf's more accessible novels, it relates the events of a single day in the lives of some middling London society types. Item #65764
