Contemporary full tan calf, with gilt titles on green label to spine, and further gilt decorations to spine, as well as raised bands and gilt and blind ruling to boards. Blind decorated turn-ins, with Serpentine marbled endpapers, and all edges marbled. Some light spotting throughout, more so to preliminaries, black ink inscription to flyleaf dated 1874. Toning and slight wear to spine. A very good, attractive copy. William of Wykeham was the founder of Winchester College and New College, Oxford. Item #62758
