Toning to textblock edges, some wear to hardcover spine, jacket price clipped and toned, jacket torn on spine. Internally clean. Very good. Greene's classic comic thriller, memorably brought to the screen by British director Sir Carol Reed in 1959. It was the final Reed / Greene collaboration following 'The Fallen Idol' (1948) and 'The Third Man' (1949), with Alec Guinness and Maureen O'Hara in the title roles.
