Pictorial card wrappers with wrap-around movie artwork; this is the correct (fourteenth) printing used for this promotion which includes a printed notepaper 'handwritten' by Domino to James Bond (although addressed 'Darling'), mentioning Player's cigarettes and asking Bond to read pages 152–5 of the accompanying book (which is the section discussing the Player's brand). One leaf, measuring 227 × 149 mm, folded twice (to be tucked inside the paperback), with the curved watermark 'Imperial Air Mail', denoting an original example (be aware of modern facsimiles). The letter is in fine condition (folded twice as issued), book is very good, with some expected toning to paper, some rubs to joints/spine. Housed in an elegant gilt-titled black cloth case.
