With a full-page engraved plate for each play, nine very fine coloured plates, including a frontispiece to each volume, and very frequent in-text wood engravings throughout. Recently rebound in tan half morocco, with raised bands, gilt titles to original contrasting red and green labels laid over, further gilt decoration to spines, and marbled paper over boards. All edges marbled. Occasional light pencil marginalia. Gentle toning and occasional light spotting. Some chipping and cracking to original title labels. Very good. Item #60148
