Number 15 of just 100 copies thus, SIGNED and dated by the author in blue ink, and additionally INSCRIBED to his paternal uncle Rev. (and Mrs.) J.E. Mackintosh in the same hand. Publisher's red cloth with gilt titles to spine and upper. Fore and lower edges untrimmed. With the plain typographic dust-jacket, priced at 21s. A clean copy internally, with just a few small blue ink marks to one plate. Jacket toned and rubbed to spine and edges, with a number of large closed tears and losses around the spine in particular. Reinforcing strips applied to reverse jacket edges, and one old tape repair to rear cover. Very good. Item #60066
