Quite thin paper with small print. Contemporary navy half morocco, with raised bands, gilt titles and decoration to spines, and marbled paper over boards. All edges and endpapers marbled. Lightly toned throughout, with one or two very occasional spots. Spines very lightly toned, with light general wear to bindings. Some careful re-colouring to joints and corners. A highly attractive contemporary binding. Very good. Featuring all of Dickens' complete novels, as well as 'Pictures from Italy,' 'American Notes' and 'The Uncommercial Traveller,' but not including 'A Child's History of England' or 'The Mystery of Edwin Drood.'.
