The novella is advertised on the front cover and appears on pp.22-4, and pp.95-100, with a full-colour frontispiece illustration by Lou Feck. Publisher's colour-illustrated paper covers, priced at 50c. Presented in a smart black cloth chemise case, with gilt titles to spine. Gently toned throughout, with some light wear and creasing to covers. Rubbing to spine, with a few repairs. Very good. This is the first American appearance, abridged from 'The Living Daylights', which first appeared in the The Sunday Times Colour Section in February the same year. Item #59396
