Extremely heavily browned and very brittle. Front fly-leaf lost; title page, contents page and rear fly-leaf all split along the guttering and completely loose, with heavy chipping to margins. Heavy chipping also to top corner of text block. Hinges split; binding generally very weak. Fairly light wear to cloth, with bumping to corners and some fraying to head and tail of spine. Poor.
