Each volume with the original gilt-illustrated navy cloth from upper and spine bound in at rear. Presented in a matching cloth-covered slipcase with a felt lining. Some toning and marking to edges. Very good. Two significant collections of Holmes stories originally published in the Strand Magazine between 1891 and 1893, and first published as books in 1892 and 1894 respectively.
