Contents clean, edges slightly toned, moderate handling and wear to covers, a little soiled to lower board. A sound example. Very good. Published in an edition of 6000 copies, Doyle later said he would choose this collection 'if all my work were to be destroyed save only that one single section which I might elect to preserve'. Featuring 'The Blighting of Captain Sharkey', these stories were later reprinted as 'Tales of Long Ago'. Item #56020
