Some spines a little faded, lightly handled with the occasional small closed tear and scuffs, wrappers to volumes VII and VIII price clipped. An attractive set. Very good. Randolph Churchill began this biography of his father, completing two of the main volumes and two of the companions by the time of his death in 1968. Having served as his research assistant, Sir Martin Gilbert completed the vast project nineteen years later.
