With four double-sided colour plates by Boswell, and frequent in-text illustrations by various artists. Publisher's green quarter cloth with gilt titles to spine, and also to orange paper over boards. Red and green illustrated endpapers. With the dust-jacket also illustrated by Boswell, priced at 12/6. Textblock a little shaken, some creasing and thumbing to plate margins. Binding rubbed. Edge worn jacket rubbed and chipped, some splits along folds, some loss to rear panel. Very good in a good dust-jacket. Item #53850
