Minor wear to spine, light handling; near fine. Published in an edition limited to 250 copies, yet only a handful of softcover proofs would have been issued and this is the first such example we have handled. Although there are no identifying marks, this was the personal copy of Evelyn Waugh (according to Maggs Bros., the previous seller of this book). An important item. Item #53760
