Contemporary red full morocco with raised bands and gilt titles and decoration to spine. All edges gilt; marbled endpapers. Light sunning to spine, with some rubbing to binding, head cap a little bumped. Near fine. One of the earlier titles in the 'Twentieth Century Impressions' series, begun the Australian Publisher Reginald Lloyd in 1901, and overseen by the journalist and editor Arnold Wright. The aim of the series was to '... meet that demand for a comprehensive survey of British possessions beyond the sea.'. Item #53222
