Publisher's dark green cloth lettered in gilt to backstrip, pale green dust-wrapper printed in red, priced at $3.00. A lovely fine copy of the book (gilt a little dulled) in the rare jacket with a couple of superfluous tape strips to reverse side, chipped to spine tips with one chip to title lettering. Shows extremely well. Rare, even without a jacket- only 1000 copies were published. Doyle's personal account of his travels through the West Coast of the United States and Canada on a lecture tour primarily concerning the spiritualist question and his 'physical research'.
