Respined to style using contemporary brown calf boards, with repairs to corners. Raised bands and gilt titles on a burgundy label to spine. All edges speckled red; supplied endpapers with a section cut out for the Rev. G.F. Burr's armorial bookplate. A couple of small repairs to title page and dedication page. Occasional spotting but generally bright and clean, edges toned with a small mark to fore-edge. Wear to boards, spine sunned to tan. Very good. The first published history of Tunbridge Wells.
