Ownership stamp of John Glas Sandeman to reverse of first blank and in pencil to title page, offsetting to flyleaf from bookplate. Internally clean with just the occasional mark. Some dustiness to top edge. Cloth lightly rubbed to extremities, slightly faded to spine, small area of residue from a removed label to foot of same. Very good. An American translation of Baron de Portal's study of comparative symbology.
