Lovely copy, internally bright and clean, minor toning to head edge of textblock and endpapers, slight fading to spine otherwise binding in good condition. Fine. Yeats was a poet whose autobiography depicts his childhood, of being an Irishman growing up in England and the racially motivated bullying and hostility he faced, in a poetic style. Yeats was the first Irishman to be awarded the Nobel Prize in Literature in 1923, and served as an Irish Senator for two years. Item #51606
