With the copper engraved frontispiece dated 1641, the engraver's monogram being 'T.R.' Later nineteenth century speckled calf with raised bands and gilt titles to red label on spine. Further gilt decoration to spine and boards. All edges and endpapers marbled. Neat repairs to joints and hinges. Bookplates of Henry Howard of Greystone, and C-A. Fallenius to front endpapers; further bookplate of Evald ef Sandeberg to verso. One or two minor paper repairs - likely trimmed in the nineteenth century. A small water mark to top corner of some leaves. Small black ink marks to top corner of title page. Some scratches to lower board; light outer wear otherwise. Very good. Item #51582
