London: Hamish Hamilton, 1968. FIRST UK EDITION. Crown Octavo, pp.216. In publisher's blue cloth with red titles to spine. With original pictorial dust jacket. Blue ink stamps of the Athole Palace Hotel (near Pitlochry in Perthshire) to front free end-paper. Slight reading lean; occasional creases from turned over page corners.
