Binding very heavily worn, with both joints split and heavy losses to spine generally. Internally near-fine; a fair copy overall. An extremely rare collection of Antilogies first published in 1702. This new edition was likely purchased by the English College, Douai, shortly before it was forced to leave France during the French Revolution. The college later re-formed as St Cuthbert's in the village of Ushaw Moor near Durham, finally closing in 2011. Item #47051
