New York: Grosset and Dunlap, 1930. Seventh Printing. Octavo, pp. 328. Dark blue cloth with orange titles to spine and upper board, top edge coloured orange, in pictorial dustjacket. An attractive early reprint of Carr's first novel. Textblock is nice and clean, slight dustiness to edges. Some nicking to the extremities of the dustwrapper, some marking to the rear panel and damp marking tot the bottom half of the rear panel. Overall a very presentable copy. Item #44943
