"If one cannot enjoy reading a book over and over again, there is no use in reading it at all. "
— Oscar Wilde

Anthony Horowitz is the most recent author chosen to write a James Bond novel by the Ian Fleming estate, and is entitled Trigger Mortis (2015). The novel is set in 1957 against the backdrop of the Space Race, and begins two weeks after the events of Goldfinger. The novel is the first in the literary series to be set during the original timeline created by Fleming since 1968's Colonel Sun and sees the return of Bond girl Pussy Galore, who made her debut in Goldfinger. In this story, Bond's mission is to protect a British racing driver at the Nürburgring racetrack.
